	IRKKKA  Black Belt Certification Full Members who desire to receive the official IRKKKA Certificate of Rank, or desire advancement in Dan grade may do so by following the procedures as established by IRKKKA. The Black Belt Certification is printed on 11" x 17" card stock bearing the signature, seals and logos of the International Ryu Kyu Kai Karate Association.. Rank Certification Information Available
	IRKKKA Teaching Title Certification Full Members who have received Dan grade certification issued by IIRKKKA and have met the requirements may apply for Teaching Title.
